Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and ensure projects are delivered in time.

• Assist IT Manager to work with various stakeholders to identify digital technology, IT solutions and relevant solutions that will be able to support business objectives

• Analyze, design and develop applications to the given specifications

• Database capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning

• Troubleshooting and diagnose systems technical issues

• Maintenance of internal software applications

• Communicate with end-users to determine software application needs and objectives

• Provide user support and trainings, perform user acceptance test.

• Lead, knowledge sharing and support other programmers and analysts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related discipline

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong analytical and statistical skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Pro-active, excellent problem-solving skills

• Possess the programming or development knowledge of C# .NET, ASP.NET, WCF, PHP, X++

• Experience in developing reports using any one of the reporting tools like Crystal Report, Telerik Report, SSRS

• Knowledge in database - SQL Server, Oracle

• Good working knowledge in warehouse/transportation/logistics is an advantage

• Knowledge in Source Control like GitHub is preferred.

• Knowledge in RFID, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AX, ERP systems is a plus
