YOUR ROLE
- Understand the performance and characteristics of various Applied Materials Producer/Centura/Endura equipment or / and LAM Research Novellus during PM and CM cycles
- Learn and how to analyze the Maestria / Estar system
- Learn how to troubleshoot the tool mechanically and basic electronics troubleshooting
- Learn how to read electrical and electronics schematic
- Study and learn all the toxic gas types used for CVD process ( MSDS )
- Learn to be Involve in certain key projects / SMED or A3 workshops
- Involvement in tool retrofit / improvement projects
- Involvement on tool upgrades
- Learn to install and reload equipment software
- Learn to use analytical tools such as SMED and A3 methodology
- To be involve in 5S tool housekeeping
- Able to update tool status systematically
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- At least 1 years experience in AMAT Centura CVD/HDP Producer CVD tool or / and Lam Research Tool Novellus.
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Able to troubleshoot independently and resolved complex issue.
- Experience in doing tool startup and relocation will be a bonus.
- Optimize Preventive Maintenance frequency thru hardware/process improvement.
- Setup external sensor to improve the tool robustness.
- Implement cost saving project thru second source or hardware modification.
- Understanding of CVD process, plasma and vacuum system.
- General knowledge of Risk Assessment, 8D, Ishikawa, Root Cause tools is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication skills, Good analytical skills and teamwork skills
