Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to execute M&E systems smoothly and according to project plans
- Monitor project progress and quality to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Review technical drawings, materials, and equipment specifications to support accurate project delivery
- Resolve site-related technical issues by providing effective engineering solutions
- Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and project updates for management review
- Manage multiple tasks independently to meet project deadlines and support overall M&E project management
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in M&E works within construction projects
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, technical drawings, and industry standards
- Coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills demonstrated in managing M&E project tasks
- Building project experience in Singapore is a must
- Ability to multitask and work independently under project deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
