Support the M&E Maintenance Manager in planning and executing preventive, corrective, and adhoc maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance plans and operational requirements.
Assist in coordinating manpower, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely execution of maintenance works and effective use of resources.
Monitor daily maintenance activities, identify issues or delay, and escalate operational or technical concerns as required.
Support compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and quality standards across all maintenance activities.
Participate in site inspections, testing, and audits to ensure M&E systems are operating effectively and defects are addressed.
Assist in preparing maintenance reports, tracking work progress, and ensuring accurate documentation and recordkeeping.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth coordination and timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Provide technical and operational support to supervisors and technicians to ensure safe and quality work execution.
