Job Description

  • Ensure on time processing & delivery of customer's orders to meet company's target.
  • Ability to communicate with internal parties including Warehouse, Planning, QA and Production floor on daily shipment issues.
  • Ensure cleanliness / 5S in the warehouse area.
  • Initiate / improve current Process Improvement and productivity measures on quarterly basis.
  • Plan and schedule daily kitting of Work Orders / Sales Order to support production and overseas customers.
  • Receive incoming goods from suppliers, vendors, or internal transfers.
  • Verify deliveries against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices.
  • Perform any other duty as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements

  • NITEC/ A Level / Diploma in SCM or Logistics - Minimum 1-2 years experience
  • Knowledge in courier booking (Fedex, DHL & UPS)
  • Familiarity with logistics and warehouse distribution preferred
  • Ability to organize own area of work and work independently with min. supervision
  • Requires both verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to assume greater roles of responsibility
  • Enthusiastic, Motivated and possess Can-Do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skill and able to interact with the staff of all levels
  • Works independently and leads teams to deliver daily KPI
  • Strong Microsoft Office skill will be an advantage
  • Familiarization with Epicor/SAP/WMS/MRP is an added advantage
