Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify training needs and support employee development initiatives across assigned business units.
  • Drive and execute Learning & Development programs, including training needs analysis (TNA), learning journeys, and capability development initiatives.
  • Leverage the organisation's existing L&D frameworks to implement structured learning programs that support business goals.
  • Coordinate and manage training initiatives, including working with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and learning outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to business stakeholders, providing guidance on employee development and people-related matters.
  • Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding activities such as new hire orientation and coordination of access and system setup.
  • Maintain training records and support learning administration through the company's learning platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team and provide support across HR functions, including covering responsibilities when team members are away.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development / Organisational Development.
  • Strong familiarity with L&D frameworks, training needs analysis (TNA), and end-to-end learning program implementation.
  • Strong people skills with an approachable and engaging personality able to build relationships with employees across the organisation.
  • Comfortable being hands-on and execution-focused, with the ability to roll up sleeves and support day-to-day HR activities when required.
  • Able to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic environment, while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • A team player who is flexible, collaborative, and willing to support colleagues across HR functions when needed.
  • Quick learner who is able to pick up company processes, policies, and business needs quickly.
  • Prior exposure to HR Business Partnering or HR generalist responsibilities will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
