Requirements:

• Diploma or university graduate or above, major in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related subject., has theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building material, construction, interior design and decoration.
• Project management, lead all local and overseas projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and inspection of all projects. Submit a review analysis report to the board for each project after completion. Overseas experience is a must.
• Communication and management of external related parties, liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities.
• Create and explain design concepts of designing exterior and interior furnishings.

. Design detailed illustration of door and window two or four sides option and cutting list Aluminum and glass partition cutting list, casement door and window accessories etc.

• Able to produce 2D plans layout, elevations and sections drawings in AutoCAD / Illustrator .

Responsibilities:

. Excellent team management, set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.

. Provide guidance to engineers in relation to construction works, ensure the schedule is on schedule, maintain quality standards, ensure proper site management, and urge to solve technical problems in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

. Build up Singapore ABS as prestigious brand technically both in Singapore and overseas market e.g., in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Burma, Hong Kong, Macau or China etc.

. Take perspective views, Plans, Elevations, and Represent the underlying interior design information.

. Highest level of AutoCAD skill is preferred.

. Hardworking and Good attitude in learning.

. Problem solving skills and good communication skills.

. Skilled at Critical thinking, Time Management, Problem solving and Teamwork.

. Site checking, Site Measuring and Supervision on ongoing projects.

. Provides conceptual design, Design development, Visualization, Rendering and Documentation.
