- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, network connectivity (LAN/WAN/VPN), and site-based IT systems, ensuring high system availability and reliability across all offices and construction sites.
- Lead implementation and support of construction-related systems (BIM, VDC, VR, project management tools, document control systems, CCTV) and ensure seamless integration with corporate platforms (ERP, HRMS, IFCA).
- Supervise daily IT operations and helpdesk services, providing prompt technical assistance and user training.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and procedures to safeguard corporate data and systems.
- Oversee IT budgeting, vendor management, and service-level agreements for hardware, software, and network services.
- Research and recommend innovative technologies that improve construction project efficiency, field reporting, and collaboration.
- Ensure regular system maintenance, data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity measures.
- Collaborate with project teams and department heads to align IT solutions with operational objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience prior experience in construction or engineering preferred.
- Expertise in networking (Cisco, Fortinet, VPN, wireless), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cybersecurity is preferred.
- Proficiency with cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS).
