Project Implementation and Management
Assist in planning, coordinating and executing IT and digital projects including POS system, ERP enhancements, and customer engagement platforms.
Gather business requirements from stakeholders, validate functional specifications and coordinate with system providers to deliver effective solutions.
Lead or support system testing, pilot developments and user acceptance process to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor progress, timelines and risks ensuring milestones are achieved within quality standard.
Ensure change process flow is adhere into the system lifecycle, implementing and controlling processes to manage change requests
Assist in preparation Functional, Technical and User Documentation
Day to Day Operation
Supervise smooth and running daily IT system operation
Provide day-to-day support for applications such as POS, ERP, CRM etc.
Coordinate troubleshooting and provide application 1st level support, liaise with user and application vendor to resolve incident and recover service.
System Monitoring and IT Reporting
Perform installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and testing of software applications, ensure auto-processes and integration runs smoothly and pro-actively initiate recovery for any failures arise
Maintain accurate system documentation and ensure proper user training and operational handover for new implementations.
Coordinate closely with support teams to test and deploy defect fixes, enhancements and patches to production environment.
Formulate a problem solving and decision-making approach to handle issues
Define action and work plans to address the issues, prepare project status reports, incident summaries and change request for review
Develop and implement a checklist for managing service delivery
Backup support for Infrastructure as and when needed
Ensure Enforcement of IT Asset Management
Maintain and ensure IT Policy and Processes is enforced
Support company's events when required
Any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma - preferred in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or other related field.
At least 3 year of working experience
Project Management experience (preferred)
Analytical, problem-solving, customer oriented, leadership, takes initiative
Experience with functional specifications documentation, testing and conduct user training
Able to propose and implement technical solutions to meet user needs
Experience in Consulting Services, Problem Solving
