Hardware Support: Manage and maintain CPU, laptops, printers, and door access systems.
Assign laptops to new employees and troubleshoot any hardware issues.
Troubleshoot printer and laptop issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
Maintain extension lines and phone lines accordingly.
Active Directory (AD) Migration: Prepare and execute the migration of HQ laptops to Azure Active Directory based on regional requirements.
Ensure a seamless transition while maintaining data integrity and user access.
User Account Maintenance: Manage user email accounts and associated licenses.
Administer user access permissions and security settings.
Assist employees with user account issues and password resets.
Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors for internal application management.
Engage in discussions with vendors regarding new requirements, costing, and implementation plans.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve any issues or system enhancements.
Software Support: Provide first-level support for various software applications, including SAP Business One, Enterpryze, Office 365 applications, and HR applications.
Address user queries and technical issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Stay updated on software updates and new releases to ensure smooth operations.
Software Deployment: Utilize your knowledge and experience to implement and deploy software, particularly ERP and operations-based applications.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful software deployment and user training.
Phone and Communication Systems: Manage and monitor all internal phone lines and communication systems used by employees.
Coordinate with service providers to ensure reliable phone and communication services.
IT Infrastructure and Internal Control: Oversee the Internet, firewall, Wi-Fi, and door access systems in the office.
Maintain internal controls in the IT area to ensure data security and compliance.
Solution Proposals and Asset Management: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and propose new solutions as needed.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.

Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor / Asst Manager in IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Security.
Experience in maintaining enterprise-level infrastructure and policies that comply with information security standards such as SAS70/ISO 27001 (Policies, standards, baselines, guidelines).
Familiarity with common IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, Cobit, or ISO/IEC 20000.
Proven experience in IT support and operations, with knowledge of hardware and software systems.
Familiarity with Active Directory migration and management.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
Experience in vendor management and collaboration.
Proficiency in supporting software applications such as SAP Business One, Enterpryze, Office 365 applications, and HR applications.
Knowledge of software deployment processes, particularly for ERP and operations-based software.
Familiarity with phone systems and communication technologies.
Understanding of IT infrastructure, internal controls, and data security.
Ability to propose innovative solutions to streamline workflows.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
