. Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure-including servers, LAN/WAN/VPN networks, and site connectivity-to ensure high availability across offices and construction sites.
. Lead the implementation and support of construction-related technologies (BIM/VDC/VR systems, project management tools, document control platforms, CCTVs) and integrate them with corporate systems such as ERP, HRMS, and IFCA.
. Manage day-to-day IT helpdesk operations, ensuring timely technical support and providing training to employees where needed.
. Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security measures (firewalls, endpoint protection, access controls) to protect sensitive information.
. Plan and oversee the IT budget, vendor relationships, and service-level agreements for hardware, software licensing, and connectivity services.
. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies-such as mobile field reporting and cloud collaboration tools-to improve project efficiency and data accuracy.
. Oversee routine maintenance, data backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity efforts to reduce downtime during system or cybersecurity incidents.
. Work closely with project teams and department leaders to align IT initiatives with construction workflows and support operational effectiveness.
