Job Summary:
The candidate will lead investment research, analysis and reporting activities in the accommodation business, conducting comprehensive due diligence, financial modeling, market research, and post-acquisition performance analysis to support strategic investment decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities in the accommodation sector
- Develop sophisticated financial models and perform feasibility studies for potential investments
- Support financial, legal and technical due diligence processes, coordinating with external advisors and internal stakeholders
- Prepare detailed investment analysis reports and presentations for Management and Board review
- Research and analyze industry trends, economic indicators, demographic shifts, and competitive landscape
- Support deal structuring, negotiation and documentation activities through analytical insights
- Perform ongoing post-acquisition investment performance monitoring and analysis
- Prepare comprehensive Board papers and investment committee materials for investment approvals
- Coordinate with various departments and external parties to gather information for investment analysis
- Maintain investment databases and tracking systems for portfolio performance monitoring
- Support senior management with ad-hoc research and analysis projects as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Finance or Real Estate)
- Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
- Prefer candidate with exposure to real estate industry especially in the area of business development or investments or asset management
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Team player detail-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication
