Location: Singapore

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and people-centric HR Assistant Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategic HR initiatives and daily operations. You will support the HR Manager in overseeing core functions—including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance—while acting as a trusted advisor to both leadership and staff.

If you are a seasoned HR professional looking to take the next step in your career and directly impact company culture, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Strategy

- Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate goals.

- Supervise daily HR administrative operations to ensure data integrity in our HRMS system.

- Lead or support strategic HR projects (e.g., employee engagement surveys, DEI initiatives, change management).

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on policy interpretation and conflict resolution.

- Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee grievances when necessary.

- Design and execute initiatives aimed at boosting morale, retention, and team cohesion.

Talent Management & Development

- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and support the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles.

- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.

- Assist in managing the annual performance review cycle and identifying professional development opportunities for staff.

Compliance & Compensation

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and national labour laws to ensure strict organisational compliance.

- Assist with payroll administration, benefits management, and compensation benchmarking.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior specialist role.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a strong plus).

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with HRMS platforms.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and confidentiality.

- Strong analytical thinking and conflict-resolution capabilities.
