Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the main go-to person for all HR related queries from APAC regional offices in areas like Recruitment, Employee Benefits, and Employee Relations etc.
  • Supports development of Regional HR strategic planning and initiatives that support business needs.
  • Be a HR Business Partner to the Department Director and offer insights and views on matters pertaining to HR.
  • Seeks to recommend improvement to HR practices for the APAC regional offices.
  • Provides counsel and advice on HR relating matters to departmental managers and employees.
  • Provides oversight and management of the full spectrum of Human Resources operational matters & general administrative matters.
  • Responsible for the Singapore office's Safe Management Measures.
  • Any ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business administration or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years experience as a HR generalist, with working experience in regional HR corporate practices, especially in HR policies/practices, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of labour laws and regulatory compliance in APAC region.
  • Prior experience in driving performance initiatives hands-on.
  • Prior experience in Telecommunication Industry will be a plus.
  • Excellent in both English and Mandarin Language (used for internal / external communication with key stakeholders)
