Serves as the main go-to person for all HR related queries from APAC regional offices in areas like Recruitment, Employee Benefits, and Employee Relations etc.
Supports development of Regional HR strategic planning and initiatives that support business needs.
Be a HR Business Partner to the Department Director and offer insights and views on matters pertaining to HR.
Seeks to recommend improvement to HR practices for the APAC regional offices.
Provides counsel and advice on HR relating matters to departmental managers and employees.
Provides oversight and management of the full spectrum of Human Resources operational matters & general administrative matters.
Responsible for the Singapore office's Safe Management Measures.
Any ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business administration or other related disciplines.
Minimum 5 - 7 years experience as a HR generalist, with working experience in regional HR corporate practices, especially in HR policies/practices, and talent management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good understanding of labour laws and regulatory compliance in APAC region.
Prior experience in driving performance initiatives hands-on.
Prior experience in Telecommunication Industry will be a plus.
Excellent in both English and Mandarin Language (used for internal / external communication with key stakeholders)
