Travel overseas intermittently to support overseas mass recruitment of healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using innovative and effective recruitment methods.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
Implement best practices for candidate assessment and selection, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment and selection.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Able to travel overseas for mass recruitment trips
