Job Description

Ownership of payroll and tax processes:

  • Payroll champion for the local market, ensuring accuracy of payroll input and adherence to agreed process by shared services providers.
  • End of year tax support for local teams and expats.
  • Management of key data points to enable payment to individuals.

Lead process improvement initiatives

  • Identify and implement opportunities for us to improve our people processes.
  • Drive system / data integrity and utilisation of HR Shared Services.

International Mobility:

  • Relocation Management - Complete administration and logistics relating to the relocation (including processing transferee's benefits and pension).
  • Permit Management - Request/Renew Work Permit/Visa, Liaise with relevant stakeholders to secure the proper permit for employee.
  • Tax Managerment - manage administration and logistics relating to international tax and payment activities.

Planning & Compliance:

  • CFC Management - run periodic Headcount planning & monitoring activities.
  • Audit - perform annual audit, supporting other functions audit activities regarding HR / employment related topic, ensure records are being retained for appropriate duration in line with local regulations.

Act as an HR Business Partner to key functions within the business

  • Work with leaders to deliver performance, talent and pay calendar
  • Support onboaring of new joiners into key functions
  • Handle employee relations issues in a supportive and objective way

Own the company benefits provision, considering the opportunities to position Reckitt as an employer of choice

  • Review company wide policies to ensure they fit and support our values
  • Benchmark and review the benefits provision working with reward partners
  • Maintain holiday and sick leave systems
  • Enrolment of new staff into medical services, and providing high level advice on the provision
  • Implementation of new benefits provisions on a project basis


  • Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university or relevant professional qualifications.
  • Minimum 4-7 years relevant working experience in managing payroll, HR operations, administration and procedures will be preferred.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel (i.e. v-lookup, nested if, string, pivot table, and other advanced Excel functions and formulas)
  • Good knowledge about ER/ IR and local regulations (Employment & Tax related)
  • Good knowledge of HR Systems such as SuccessFactor, and HRIS will be added advantage.
