Responsible on Human Resources planning, with key focus on recruiting, hiring and retaining talents
Manage full cycle of recruitment for operation positions, not limited to: post advertisement, sourcing for various avenues to attract talents, filtering resumes, conduct interview, shortlisting potential candidates, orientation and training etc
Participate in all assigned recruitment activities - various institutions, career fairs, outlet recruitments etc.
Formulate and implement strategic recruitment plans and initiatives to meet urgent manpower needs
Responsible for on boarding activities such as issuing uniforms, signing employment contract, etc
Generate monthly payroll accurately within a short timeline
Prepare relevant reports, such as headcounts, payroll, and employee costing allocation for different business units
Prepare monthly reports to Finance
Process work pass applications and/or renewals
Manage exist interviews and process IR21 clearance if needed
Administer HR Systems (e-leave, TMS, etc) and annual performance appraisal process
Follow up on staff performance and confirmation
Develop new HR policies if needed and periodically review and upkeep current HR policies
Submit IR8A submission on yearly basis
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management and superior
Job Requirements
Diploma holders in Human Resources Management or related discipline
At least 10 years relevant working experience in the service or retail industries
At least 5 years in a HR Supervisory / Managerial experience
Experience in handling full spectrum of HR is a must
Preferably with Timesoft Payroll experience
Meticulous and attention to details
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Good written and verbal communication skills
