Job Description
- Manage full‑cycle payroll processing, validation, reconciliation and statutory accuracy
- Oversee HRIS data integrity, support system upgrades and drive reporting improvements
- Produce HR dashboards, workforce analytics and business reporting for management
- Ensure regulatory compliance in accordance with local employment legislation and audit requirements
- Contribute to policy development, governance reviews and insurance‑related HR matters
- Coordinate performance management processes, training programmes and capability‑building initiatives
- Act as a key contact for employee queries, and support onboarding, offboarding and engagement programmes
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 8+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to payroll and HR operations
- Strong understanding of local employment regulations and statutory submissions
- Competent in HRIS administration, payroll systems and Excel‑based reporting
- Detail‑oriented, analytical and able to identify process improvements
- Confident stakeholder communicator who enjoys engaging employees and supporting HR initiatives
