Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across assigned regions, including workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and recommend recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, career fairs, educational institutions, and professional networks.
Track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to enhance hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
Coordinate internship programmes, including engagement with educational institutions, recruitment, onboarding, and programme monitoring.
Administer internship-related grants and ensure compliance with applicable requirements and submission timelines.
Manage government-related grants and funding schemes relating to recruitment, training, and workforce development.
Ensure proper documentation, timely submissions, and audit readiness in accordance with grant guidelines.
Liaise with relevant agencies and internal stakeholders to optimise funding opportunities.
Monitor grant utilisation and prepare reports for management review.
Support the organisation's performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation standards and documentation requirements.
Monitor performance outcomes and support development or improvement initiatives where required.
Assist in the implementation of performance improvement plans (PIPs) and provide HR advisory support.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation in compliance with employment regulations.
Ensure timely submissions and adherence to statutory requirements.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programmes and retention efforts.
Administer employee bursary programmes, including eligibility verification and documentation.
Manage employee feedback and grievance processes, ensuring matters are handled in a timely, fair, and confidential manner.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with employment legislation and organisational standards.
Supervise and provide guidance to HR team members in recruitment and HR administration processes.
Ensure accurate record-keeping, proper documentation, and adherence to established HR procedures and timelines.
Perform other duties as assigned to support HR operations.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
Around 3-4 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition functions.
Working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and employment-related legislation.
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with work pass administration and employment regulations is advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Strong coordination and organisational skills.
Experience in guiding or supervising team members is advantageous.
