Job Description

What You Will Do

You will support the Talent Acquisition team in delivering a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Your responsibilities include screening and shortlisting applications, coordinating interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers, and managing pre-employment activities such as document collection and onboarding arrangements.

You will track hiring progress and support reporting requirements. In addition, you will assist in developing recruitment materials and presentations, including employer branding content using tools such as PowerPoint and Canva. You may also support career events and outreach initiatives where required.

What We Are Looking For

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Meticulous, organised, and dependable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar tools, with a good eye for design and layout
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
