- Mon to Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations, including recruitment coordination, payroll, leave administration, and HR documentation.
- Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR filing systems.
- Assist with Work Permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Support worker administration, accommodation coordination, and movement records.
- Assist with income tax matters, including IR8A and IR21 documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, government surveys, and statutory documents.
- Support company events, employee well-being programmes, and general HR administration.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of HR and administrative experience.
- Construction industry experience or knowledge of MOM work pass matters will be an advantage.
