We are looking for an Assistant Housekeeper (Rooms) to join our team!

As an Assistant Housekeeper (Rooms), we rely on you to:

  • Support the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in implementing and maintaining room cleaning standards to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and manage team attendance and shift rosters to optimize workforce efficiency and coverage
  • Supervise team performance and workflow to maintain high productivity and adherence to operational procedures
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to verify that service standards and cleanliness meet or exceed established benchmarks at all times
  • Coordinate timely and efficient servicing of guestrooms to enhance guest comfort and operational effectiveness
  • Foster positive team interactions and resolve operational challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Demonstrated pride in hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest service
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and guests
  • Comprehensive understanding of room operations and housekeeping processes
  • Detail-oriented mindset focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Has experiences in a hotel/resort housekeeping environment with minimum 3 years experience in Supervisory role
