Assistant Head - Whole School Academic Insights at the

Position Requirements:
- A qualified teacher with middle leadership experience of academic teams;
- Proven expertise in educational data analysis, benchmarking and value-added interpretation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading data-informed school improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of curriculum frameworks including EYLF, IB PYP, IBDP, HSC, IGCSE and Australian Curriculum.
- Ability to lead high-level analytical discussions with senior leaders and translate complex data into actionable strategy.
- High levels of personal integrity, discretion and ethical judgement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all stakeholder groups.
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with operational precision.
- Commitment to modelling and supporting positive wellbeing practices.
- Attendance at and support of school events outside of standards school hours.
Qualifications:
- Minimum four years of successful leadership experience within an educational institution.
- Demonstrated experience in data systems (e.g. iSAMS, Power BI preferential).
- Proven record of improving student outcomes through data-informed action.
- Master's Degree or further study in leadership, assessment or educational research preferred.
