(A) Role Overview
ZACD Group Ltd is a Singapore-incorporated company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, operating an integrated real estate investment and development platform covering fund management, property development, asset management and structured investment vehicles.
As part of its strategic growth, the Group is exploring broader capital markets participation, including potential retail and digitally enabled investment solutions.
The Assistant Group Financial Controller oversees the Group's financial reporting, governance, internal controls and regulatory compliance across the listed entity, managed funds, joint ventures, development SPVs and digital investment structures, supporting the Board and senior management in safeguarding shareholder and investor interests through disciplined financial stewardship and transparency.

Secondary – Chairman, Board of Directors and Audit Committee
(C) Key Responsibilities
1. Group Financial Reporting & Governance
- Lead Group consolidation, statutory reporting and disclosures in compliance with HKEX, SFRS(I), IFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Board, Audit Committee, investors and regulators.
- Oversee accounting treatment across funds, JVs, SPVs and digital investment structures.
2. Fund, Investment & Development Financial Oversight
- Provide financial oversight across fund management, investment and development platforms.
- Monitor fund performance, project returns, capital efficiency, NAV, distributions and investor reporting.
- Oversee project feasibility, funding, cost control, revenue recognition and post-investment reviews.
3. Treasury, Financing & Capital Management
- Lead treasury, liquidity planning, cash-flow management and capital allocation.
- Oversee financing structures, leverage, banking facilities and covenant compliance.
- Support institutional and retail capital-raising initiatives.
4. Risk, Compliance & Internal Controls
- Strengthen financial controls, governance and approval frameworks across corporate, fund and project entities.
- Ensure compliance with HKEX, MAS, investor mandates and regulatory requirements.
- Manage audit, financial, operational, digital-asset and emerging risks.
5. Finance Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and develop finance teams across Group, fund and project functions.
- Drive finance systems, automation, data governance and process improvements.
- Partner with the Board, investors, lenders, auditors, regulators and internal stakeholders.
(D) Job Requirements
Education and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA or ACCA is mandatory.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of progressive financial management experience.
- Demonstrated experience in fund or investment management.
- Experience in property development finance or real estate investment structures preferred.
- Experience in listed company reporting and governance frameworks preferred.
- Exposure to digital investment platforms or tokenisation initiatives advantageous.
