Job Description

Assistant to Regional CEO for ASEAN with following main duties:

. Supporting various sales activities within ASEAN region by providing information to business departments on new business ideas and potential business partners, sourcing investment opportunities, and responding to various inquiries from both inside and outside the company.

. Sales development and promotion activities by strengthening cooperation with overseas offices and subsidiary companies in ASEAN, and head office sales departments.

. Support for FS aimed at new business development based on Regional CEO's approval.

. Secretariat work for overseas strategic meeting with head office management, meeting of overseas offices or subsidiary companies in ASEAN, etc.

. Sending various reports to head office and within ASEAN

. Management for budget and financial results for Regional CEO's Office

. Supporting to business trips within ASEAN by head office executives, and responding with administration department head office.

Job requirements

. Degree holder in Business Management and its equivalent.

. Business level Japanese language ability, JLPT N1 is desirable for reporting and communicating with head office.

. Business development capabilities across wide range of industries with not less than 8 years of working experience in the same capacity.

. Basic knowledge and experience in accounting.

. Knowledge and skills related to organizational management.
