Assistant General Manager

Be responsible for all projects are done efficiently and effectively.

Manage and drive multiple construction project plans simultaneously.

Develop and manage a performance-driven team and to foster an inclusiveness work environment with diverse culture backgrounds.

Develop strong, positive working relationships with staff and subcontractors.

Ensure full compliance to all required local regulations and corporate requirements.

Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field in higher degree

At least 15 years of experience in Construction industry and managing teams of people and subcontractors

Excellent organizational and time management skills
