Role Description
This is a full-time position for an Assistant Front Office Manager located on-site in Singapore. The role includes supervising front office operations to ensure exceptional customer service, overseeing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining smooth communication with other departments. The Assistant Front Office Manager will also be responsible for fostering customer satisfaction, addressing feedback, and supporting the team to handle operational challenges and special requests. Will require to stand in as Duty Manager as and when required.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in office administration and front office management
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively with multitasking skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and software
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front office management is a strong advantage
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
