Assistant FP&A

. Involve in the monthly financial closing process and prepare analytical reports for operating results, standard/actual costing analysis and PPV analysis for both trading and manufacturing plant activities.

. Prepare monthly reports which include sales & margin, sales price analysis, fixed costs and logistics cost, working capital and some BU reports. Highlight abnormal price deviations to respective BUs to avoid errors.

. Prepare the P&L by BU and highlight to FP&A team regarding deviations that require actions to mitigate transfer-pricing targets.

. Be involved in the annual internal control audits.

. Be involved in the annual stock take exercise.

. Assist in manufacturing plant related topics and analytical activities.

. Assist in the annual budget exercise by establishing schedules, collecting, analysing and consolidating financial data.

. To handle intercompany service agreements and related invoicing requirements.

. To monitor and follow-up on slow moving inventories and AR aging.

. To monitor on Capex spend vs. budget for minor investments.

. Compile and submit annual statutory surveys and other related.

. Prepare and submit claims and follow-up the correspondences and disbursements.

. Be involved in the external audit and preparations for queries.

. Assist in transfer-pricing documentation, insurance renewal and related matters.

. Provide support to the day-to-day operations in the area of administrative or ad-hoc requests related to finance.
