Glow Food – 100% Plant-Based Food Concept / Multi-Concept Operations (Singapore)
We are a fast-growing plant-based food concept, operating within Glow Food's innovative 6‑in‑1 multi‑concept environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations (Front & Back of House).
- Lead, supervise, and train service & kitchen team members.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
- Manage inventory ordering, par stock requirements, and stock control.
- Monitor COGS, wastage, and implement cost-control measures.
- Handle customer feedback and service recovery.
- Drive sales performance and support marketing initiatives.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
- Support staff onboarding, training, scheduling, and communication.
- Uphold proper opening/closing procedures and service flow.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of F&B supervisory/management experience (multi‑concept experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Basic Food Hygiene Course – Mandatory.
- Hygiene Officer Certificate – Recommended.
- Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge (WSQ preferred).
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Supportive of plant-based and sustainability-focused concepts.

- Respect and uphold the brand's plant-based philosophy during working hours.
- Be comfortable explaining and promoting vegan dishes to customers.
