Assistant Financial Controller (F&B)
Role Overview
Support the Group Senior Financial Controller in driving financial strategy, reporting, and compliance while overseeing daily finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Prepare and deliver financial analysis, management reports, and Board papers.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and SGX requirements.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external advisors.
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and ad hoc projects.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance CPA/CA preferred.
- 8-10 years relevant experience, with leadership exposure.
- Familiar with SGX Mainboard requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
