  • Report directly to the Group Finance Manager and independently manage the company's full finance and accounting function.
  • Handle the full set of accounts from source documents to financial statements, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets.
  • Perform monthly and year-end closing, including preparation of management accounts, schedules, intercompany reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports for group consolidation and management review.
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings, including GST returns, Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI), and corporate income tax computations.
  • Liaise independently with external auditors, tax agents, banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare audit schedules and support both internal and external audit processes, including audited financial statements.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS/FRS).
  • Monitor cash flow, manage payments, collections, and banking matters to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or CPA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience candidates applying for Finance Manager positions must possess at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in maintaining a full set of accounts independently.
  • Good working knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS/FRS), GST, and corporate taxation.
  • Experience liaising directly with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
  • Highly independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and confident with strong problem-solving skills.
