Assistant Finance Manager with an established SGX listed REIT group

• REIT or real industry exposure is highly preferred (but this is not a must)

• Around 3 to 7 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experiences in a similar position

• Possess high level of initiative and able to work under tight timelines

Our client is a SGX listed group which is well established in the real estate industry. Its global HQ is in Singapore, and the office is based in town.

For this role, you report to an experienced Senior Finance Manager and perform the following functions:

• Responsible for the financial and management reporting for a group of entities and ensure timely closing of accounts

• Prepare analytical review of monthly and quarterly variances

• Prepare quarterly forecast and monthly cashflow projection

• Prepare annual budget

• Responsible for submission of quarterly GST returns and annual tax returns

• Prepare and review statutory financial statements

• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, accounting standards and SGX/MAS requirements

• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent, trustee and external service providers

• Any ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent

• Around 3 to 7 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experiences in a similar position

• Possess high level of initiative and able to work under tight timelines

• Responsible, meticulous, self-motivated and has a positive attitude

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment

• Able to communicate well with various stakeholders

• Possess good organizational and interpersonal skills

• Experience in a REIT and/or real estate companies will be an added advantage but this is not a must

• Experience in Yardi and Cognos will be an added advantage
