Key duties

This position will be responsible to manage end-to-end accounting, financial and administration activities related to all our legal entities throughout Singapore. The role will also be responsible for Order Processing and Spare Parts coordination. The role will be based in Singapore and will actively support the Company to serve our customers.

  • Manage full sets of accounts and bookkeeping for all Singapore legal entities
  • Take care of daily financial operations including handling accounts payable/receivable, expense claims, payroll, cashflow and bank accounts management, GST reporting, group and Engineering Organisation financial reports
  • Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to internal Group Finance and relevant authority
  • Coordinate and manage audit preparation and ensure compliance
  • Engage with company secretary for all related secretarial (ACRA reporting), auditors and tax consultants
  • Manage overall office administration, system maintenance for Singapore
  • Responsible for Order Processing/Spare Parts and customer service co-ordination
  • Prepare quotations and sales orders/spare parts and manage logistical arrangement of goods importation
  • Communicate with sales colleague, customers and suppliers to execute internal order processing and logistics processes in Singapore
  • Provide support to Rieckermann Indonesia for HP machinery orders

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent with
  • Minimum of 3 years experience within the role of finance generalist and administration
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Accounting Software such as MYOB, Auto Count or similar software
  • Meticulous, responsible and independent
  • IT-savvy and proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
