Job Description
- Manage corporate accounting for the Singapore entity, including month-end close, reporting and audits
- Oversee tax compliance including corporate tax, GST, withholding tax and transfer pricing support
- Handle treasury and cash management, including bank accounts, intercompany funding and cash flow forecasting
- Support vessel OPEX accounting and analysis, partnering with the offshore finance team
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and banking partners
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and management reports for senior stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc finance and corporate initiatives as the business scales
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in corporate accounting, tax and/or treasury
- Solid understanding of IFRS-based accounting and cash flow management
- Exposure to GST, corporate tax and statutory reporting
- Experience supporting audits and working with external advisors
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems
- Experience within maritime, ship management or asset-heavy industries is advantageous
