Description

A homegrown MNC in Real Estate Investment industry is currently looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their expanding team.

The Assistant Finance Manager will be responsible for month-end closing, preparing Trial balance, preparing reporting packs, intercompany reconciliations, periodical financial reporting, reconciling journal entries, drafting and preparing consolidated financial statements, and supporting the preparation of group consolidation.

Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team that provides learning experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA, or equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Prior experience with SAP S4 HANA/SAP/Oracle Hyperion is good to have
  • Prior experience in Property/Real Estate Industry, or audit firm is good to have
