Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for all aspects of the financial management and budgetary functions

. Corporate finance, risk and treasury management

. Directs the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns and reports for Government Regulatory Agencies

. Reviews reports to analyze projections of budget expenses

. Set strategic financial objective, developing and implementing policies and procedures

. SGX reporting, merger and acquisition activities and ad-hoc projects

. Manage and provide overall supervision to the Finance department

. Implement sound internal control procedures in the organization

. Provides strategic consultation including financial analysis on projects, cost identification and allocation and revenue and expense analysis of operations

Requirements:

. Qualified CPA with at least a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / Finance or its equivalent

. Must have relevant working experience and at least 5 years in a senior leadership position

. Awareness of legal and statutory requirements on tax and accounting matters

. Must be well versed with relevant authorities requirement and compliance

. Meticulous with strong analytical mind and ability to work under pressure with tight schedule

. High degree of integrity and honesty demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations

. Excellent track record of leading finance teams

. Independent and effective team player

. Excellent business acumen
