Assistant Finance Manager

Our client, a well established Insurance Brokerage, is urgently seeking a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

. Manage the full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable, account payable, and month-end closing

. Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and statutory annual financial reports

. Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and accounting schedules

. Support regular statutory filings with regulators

. Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts

. Support cash flow management and forecasting

. Support the commission calculation process

. Uphold effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reporting integrity

. Serve as a point of contact for auditors, bankers, and other external parties

. Participate in the upgrade or change of the accounting system

. Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties when required

Requirements:

.BachelordegreeinAccountancy,HKICPA/ACCAQualifiedorFinalStage

.GoodcommandofbothwrittenandspokenEnglishandChinese(Cantonese)

.Min5years'relevantaccountingexperiencesinfinancialormanagementaccounting,preferablyininsuranceindustry

.Self-motivatedwithpassion,positivemindsetwithgoodcommunicationskills

.Mature,detail-orientedandabletoworkindependently

.Open-minded,flexibletoadaptchangesinworkprocessesand/orworkassignments

.Proactiveteamplayerwithgoodinterpersonalandcommunicationskills

.ProficientinPCskills,particularlyinMSExcel,WordandPowerPoint
