Assistant Finance Manager/Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for assigned entities in compliance with accounting standards
• Support group consolidation and reporting process, including analysis of financial data
• Coordinate and review financial information from subsidiaries for reporting and audit purposes, ensuring consistency and accuracy of disclosures
• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate prompt and timely completion of audits
• Prepare tax computations, ensure timely filing in compliance with local tax regulations
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting and reporting activities
• Support system implementation, process automation initiatives and other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance or professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent)
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with multi-entity exposure
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, hands-on tax experience and attention to detail
• Proactive team player with the ability to multi-task and manager priorities effectively
