Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Analyst

Job Highlights

• Located at Tuas (Company Bus from various location)

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:15pm

• Up to $7,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical finance professional to join a stable multinational organisation in the West region. This role supports financial planning, analysis, and business partnering functions to drive performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial performance, identify variances, and provide insights and recommendations

• Maintain and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning

• Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track business performance

• Support audit processes by preparing required schedules and documentation

• Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide data-driven analysis

• Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations

• Perform cost, margin, and profitability analysis across products and divisions

• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline

• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or in-house finance function

• Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and variance analysis

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
