Assistant Finance Manager – Global FP&A

Responsibilities:

Global FP&A policy

· Regularly update process and policies for global management reporting, such as revenue recognition

· Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards

Group Budget and forecast

· Developing and maintaining financial models for budgeting and forecasting, including annual budget, monthly forecast and 5-year plan

· Maintaining management reporting platform (PowerBI and One Stream)

· Analyzing financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making

· Preparing financial reports and presentations for senior management.

· Preparing quarterly reports for investors

· Maintaining cost center mapping to department

· Collaborating with regional finance team to understand their financial needs and align them with company strategy.

Corporate G&A management

· Manage corporate G&A budget on a monthly basis, and work with relevant department head for budget management

· Partner with operational teams to understand business drivers and impact on financial performance.

Project Management and Process Improvement:

· Support in projects for finance process and IT system upgrade

· Enhance financial planning and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

· Implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline financial analysis and reporting.

Compliance & Governance:

· Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and support external audits as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, ACCA/CIMA/ preferred

· At least 5-7 years of finance related experiences, including Group FP&A, Finance Business partner in leading MNC, or Audit in Big 4

· A good mix of both Audit and management accounting background with a good sense of business partnering

· Good skills in Excel proficiency for Financial Analysis – Regular usage of Pivot tables, formulas, and charts, and good skills of PowerPoint

· Resilient personality to work in fast-paced environment

· Experience from industry such as Software or Consulting will be a plus
