Our client is a leading Singapore listed property and hospitality group. They are looking for a Assistant Finance Executive to assist their Finance team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Town - easily accessible.
Duties
- End-to-End Accounts Management - Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and Payable with accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Accuracy & Reconciliation - Process invoices, payments, and receipts while reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
- Closing & Reporting Support - Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes for accurate financial reporting.
- Cross-Department Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations and workflow.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors, addressing financial queries professionally.
- Regulatory Compliance & Support - Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations assist the Finance Manager with projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, or other relevant professional qualifications.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable functions.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
