Job Summary

Provide comprehensive technical and operational support to field service engineers and production sites, driving equipment performance improvements and facilitating effective communication and education across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to field service engineers to resolve equipment-related issues and enhance operational efficiency at customer sites
• Collect, analyze, and verify information related to equipment and production challenges to identify and implement effective improvements
• Develop and manage educational systems by improving training methods, creating educational materials, and enhancing skills development for field service engineers
• Facilitate communication between Japanese head office factories, affiliated companies, and field service engineers by translating materials and providing interpretation services
• Coordinate administrative procedures including travel arrangements, visa acquisition, and billing processes for operations in Singapore and Malaysia
• Manage labor situation monitoring and provide stay support for Japanese engineers on business trips to ensure compliance and well-being
