Assistant Field Engineer(Construction)

Our company develops ICT(Information and Communication Technology) solutions for domestic and foreign customers to solve their problems pertaining to construction and civil engineering.

The shield excavation management system and automatic survey system developed by our company are used at tunnel construction sites in Japan and overseas.

Roles and Job Responsibilities :

• To travel to customers sites for support, troubleshoot and maintain software Field / SiteSite (Premisesof Construction related clients).
• To support commissioning and decommissioning on CCTV/software
• To generate service report post, service support and projects.
• To participate and generate, as a Team, IT solutions (example: Digital Management Solution, AI Enhancement to Work Process, etc) for the Build Environment Industry.
• To support other ad-hoc duties.

Candidate possess Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)/IT, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Preferably 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to complete task with little or no supervision.

Positive attitude.

Motivated Team player.
