Reporting to the Head of Facilities, you will support the planning and execution of engineering-related projects across the Club, including renovation works, asset enhancement initiatives and infrastructure upgrades.
This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing contractors and consultants and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards in Singapore. The position plays a key role in strengthening operational reliability and effective asset management across the Club.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing engineering and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion
- Prepare project scopes, cost estimates, schedules and technical specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance
- Support tender processes, contract administration and cost control monitoring
- Closely track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements and workplace safety standards
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress against milestones
- Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to minimise disruption to Club operations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare status reports for management
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in engineering projects, building services, or facilities management
- Working knowledge of M&E systems and building infrastructure
- Familiarity with Singapore building regulations and workplace safety requirements
- Experience coordinating contractors and external vendors
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
