Assistant Facilities Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Facilities Manager. This is a full-time and permanent position based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee office space planning, occupancy optimisation, and service management
• Monitor lease renewals, local headcount, and space utilisation
• Manage assets and maintain accurate records
• Track and manage monthly expenses
• Oversee facility preventive maintenance contracts and ensure service delivery standards are met
• Maintain issue tracking, standard operating procedures, and support audit activities
• Support risk management initiatives and business continuity planning
• Lead Singapore operations, including oversight of front desk, mailroom, and external archives
• Support sustainability initiatives, operational matters, and company events

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in office or facilities management
• Proven experience in vendor management is essential
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
