- Oversee and lead a team in facility management for office building
- Establish good working relationships with clients and to develop trust and confidence

- Coordinate and liaise with external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance

Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognised university
- At least 5 years of Healthcare experience preferred
- Proven experience in facility management in a large facility
- Able to work Independently and posses good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
- Service orientated mindset
- Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences
- Possess high level of initiative and integrity/ strong leadership, quality, good planning and organizing ability
