Operational Management:Oversee daily operations of 2 F&B outlets to ensure efficiency and quality service. Maintain and regularly review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, and practices.
Manpower & Team Support:Manage outlet staffing levels and provide assistance when necessary. Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and resolution of HR-related issues.
Compliance & Safety:Ensure all outlets comply with hygiene, safety, and Halal standards. Work closely with QA Executive on food safety and workplace safety documentation.
Customer Service:Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. Maintain a positive customer experience across all outlets.
Financial Management:Implement cost control measures and maintain profit margins. Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Sales & Strategy:Develop and execute strategies to boost outlet sales and enhance the working environment
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B operations management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and Halal compliance.
Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
