Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform data entry for sales order processing of products and equipment
  2. Prepare sales related documentation & reports
  3. Handle customer enquiries and correspondences on order enquiries and delivery
  4. Liaise with various departments on production planning and delivery issues
  5. General customer support on complaints, technical product & letter of credit matters
  6. Prepare and arrange sending of sales documents, promotion materials & samples
  7. General administrative duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business or relevant discipline
  2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  3. Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
