Job Title: Assistant Executive (Recruitment Projects)

Location: Upper Changi Road North

Contract Period: 1 September 2026 - 30 November 2026 (3months)

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am - 6.00pm
• Fridays: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Saturdays: Day Off
• Lunch: 1 hour

Salary: S$2,700 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a suitable candidate to support recruitment projects and operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Recruitment Executive in the following areas:

Job Scope:

Support Recruitment Executive in the following areas:

Outreach and Publicity

. Coordination and set-up of career fairs, such as setting up of banners, packing and issuance of collaterals

. Coordination and execution of Learning Journeys and visits, such as taking attendance, packing and issuance of goodie bags

Recruitment Operations

. Shortlisting of candidates

. Taking attendance and facilitate weekly online pre-selection interviews and situational judgment tests for uniformed officers

. Creation of online candidate interview forms

. Maintaining databases of candidates and updating status from shortlisting to onboarding

Other miscellaneous tasks

. Entry and security clearances for new officers, transport services for career fair collaterals

. Packing and maintenance of store for collaterals

. Liaise with candidates and Logs Branch for pass-making and uniform measurement and collection

. Liaise with candidates and Tech Branch for collection of ICT equipment

Any other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma qualification

. Good communication and coordination skills

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
