Assisting the Centre Manager in the building of culture and experience for the Oasis community of stakeholders through the planning and execution of diverse volunteer/vendor/staff-led programmes. Through empowering patients, volunteers and staff with continued learning of relevant skills and training, he/she will help realise the vision of a sustainable Oasis of learning and living for all stakeholders.

- Creating an inclusive strength-based culture and a holistic growth experience for the Oasis community.
- Building a 3D (Dignity, Diversity and Development) culture among patients, caregivers volunteers and staff.
- Connecting with patients and bringing them together on a journey/ experience at Oasis.
- Service owner for Programming (curating a tailored monthly series of learning/fun sessions and/or events, engaging vendors, volunteers, and staff in the planning and executing of activities).
- Co-training new Oasis volunteers (when they first arrive at Oasis).
- Designing and conducting in-house training to inspire staff and volunteers to partake in being their own unique social animators and activity facilitators.
- Guides the other operations staff where required.
